Boredom Striking Summer
If you are anything like me, you will find yourself constantly bored. Not only am I bored, I am not sitting on a beach in the Bahamas either. Thats another thing, vacationing is a drought in my family. Technically we do vacation, but its the same, only vacation we do. We get in the car, drive twelve hours straight to Kelowna, see my aunt and uncle for five days, and then go home. Done! I don’t want to be ungrateful but that is my one vacation for the entire year.
Another thing that makes me bored is that my friends are always busy. Especially my best friend. Every year, her and her family go to Mexico and swim with dolphins, take tours, stay in luxury hotels and drink freshly made smoothies. Okay I don’t know about the smoothies but I am always so jealous of everything else. But at least when she comes back she has a million photos. So at least I can pretend I was there. And like my other friends, when we all go back to school, I sit and listen to their incredible summer tales, as I re-tell my family Kelowna adventures.
Okay now I have some questions:
- What do you do with your bored days?
- Do you vacation in the summer?
- If so, where?
I sit around try to go to my friends house or watch tv all day. Well I kinda vacation if camping counts. Sometimes I go to Winnipeg Manitoba or Pinawa. One time I went to Paris to visit my auntie and I also have been to Long Lake for vacation.

Sometimes I go to germany I went with my mom when i was 3 to visit my grandma.We have also gone camping,to disneyland,Im also going to BC and silvin lake.

k, my answer to this blog post is pretty much the same as bye-bye school. Cause I usually watch tv and play outside in sprinkler and go swimming at the pool. In the summer, I go camping. The place I go camping is, Arm lake. Anyways I don't know what else to say, so I am finishing my blogpost by saying, THANK GOODNESS SCHOOL IS OUT ON THE 27th CAUSE THEN IT IS FUN TIME FOR ME.

yes but we always stay in canada i get rilley board this day sometimes i just wont to yell but when we go on vacation we alway go to bc no cool man not cool anyway i wish i could go somewhere i have never been before the funnest and happiest place on earth disney world or go to westedmoton male water park for the whole day probably will in the summer wumm i guess i have nothing really to complain sinse im going to se fast 6 this weekend yaa

I have only vacationed twice, and one of the times I was too young to remember. The first time, I went to Halifax and I got sick on the airplane ride there. The second time, I went to Lake Koocanusa for twelve days with my auntie, uncle and little cousin! It was really fun and my aunt's friend and I found a moth with only half a body! It was gross but also Kind of cool!

On my bored days I just play super smash bros. That, or I just search up funny photos on the internet. I do vacation in the summer, but it's always to Winnipeg. The last time we went somewhere different was when I was six. Doesn't sound like much, right

There are a lot of different things that you can do on summer vacation. If you have no idea on what to do on summer vacation, then you have absolutely nothing in your room? Nothing at all? That doesn't make sense to me. If you have nothing to do, then why don't you try to figure something out? You don't have a book or something? If you don't have something you like to do, then don't you have video games somewhere in your house? And if you can't play those at the time being, then you can't figure out something that will benefit your boredom times? I hope you do.
ReplyDeleteEven if you only have one vacation a year, that doesn't mean it's bad. It's better than having none. We are almost always gone during the summer. We are either camping, camping at lake Skaha in Penticton, BC, or we have some event happening at or farm or somewhere. There are also many good places in Edmonton, and you can go to those during your vacation.
