something you could change about your daily schedule and how these changes
might help your life to become more balanced and healthy.
i dont really know but i might lose my puppy i will be very sad so if thats happens ill probably play at the park or go down to the river with my dad. when i get mad i- i don't get mad alot. when im sad i watch movie on the computer. when im bored i go asleep.the only times when i get mad is when i play the impossible game or flappy bird.i dont really like snow is cold and wet but its fun when i build a snowman or snow angel or go sledding.i like watching mlp it makes me happy sorta.
ReplyDeleteI don't think I have a balanced life. My brother or sister keep me up at night,I don't eat a lot at dinner or lunch. It's bad.I dance on saturdays, and i'll hopefully do more. When I get angry I usually take it out on my little sister. I've probably made her go insane. When i'm not lashing out on my sister, I usually try to stay alone in my room, which doesn't works because I share a room with my little sister. I do try to eat healthy and I am active. I would say most of the time my life IS balanced. So I think most of the time my life is balanced.

my daily life is not very good because I want to do laptop but my mom dont let me to do that and i am very frazzled with my schedule.I am not doing outdoor activities doing variety of activities.No,these activities is not good because i am only doing laptop.I can help myself bu not doing laptops for too much time and doing outdoor activities.

Even though it is very hard,I think that it is a important to have a balanced lifestyle. Sometimes it is confusing when you have basketball,yet you haven't finished a big school project due the very next day. Having a balanced life is something that I haven't yet mastered. I first do all of my homework,then I go to my extra curricular activity,then I go to bed. If you haven't noticed in my,I have absolutely no time to relax. No matter how hard I try,I have no time whatsoever. In our health class we have learned how important having a balanced life is. Or teacher had told us, and we researched how we can have a balanced lifestyle. I may take a second look at some of the points the websites. I know now how hard and important in is to have a perfectly balanced lifestyle.

my life is perfect my dogfriend bill he plays with me and stuff.i have soccer practice every friday and games on saterday. every serving i have at least 5 peicees of vegtibles but most of the time more. e go outside in the summer alot and play soccer or football.i also like playing football and snowball fights. i only get about 1 hour of vidio game and tv time.im pretty happy about ny life.my faviorite food is chicken stuffed brocoli.
ReplyDeleteI am someone who has a lot of free time on there hands, although, I have to go to soccer every Saturday.... but still, that nothing.
ReplyDeleteI try my best to get exercise every day, and at recess.
But still, trying to be physically active when its -20 is a little hard.
Although, there is always snowboarding. But, snowboarding still does not happen until late November/ early December, so now, I have nothing at all to do.
I have been trying to find out ways to play soccer in the snow, but it hasn't gone so well.
I do have a soccer practice as well on Friday nights and on Saturdays but thats not enough. I tried to play football in the house, all that resulted in was me going to my room. But, just recently I went to the common wealth recreation place, and I found a hudge turf field to play stuff on. I go there about twice a week, but I still also have soccer so thats good.
As for sleeping, Im pretty good at going to be early, well, early enough.... thing is, my perents won't let me stay up later then 9:30 anyway so, yeah
I hang out with my friends almost ever single day, luckly for my I have a couple friends that live very close... so I am out at there houses all the time

In my daily life, I am pretty well balanced. I usually go to bed at 8:30pm and get up at 6:45am so I get get 9 hours and 45 minutes of sleep which is regular. Then I eat a pretty healthy breakfast of deliciousness and walk to school in all my snow gear. I find I’m pretty good at managing time for my activities and homework, but I am not really good at finding time to relax since I’m always on the go. I’m also getting better at not freaking out over tests because I see them in a new light, however, if I get lower than a 90% I do freak out . As for my activities, I sing in a choir and 2 times a year I run for the school; also on weekends, I go to the Y with my grandma and I will run there. My nutrition is very high and all the foods I eat are mostly healthy and I don’t eat fast food much. My activities and diet definitely promote a good, healthy lifestyle. The only thing is that I need to relax more often, which I’m working on. This will definitely decrease my stress level Thanks for listening, BYE!

I think my life is pretty balanced. Because every morning I eat cereal a banana and a apple. So I have enough energy until lunch time. And whenever I finish school I usually read for one hour or one hour 30 minutes. And if I have homework I always do it. After i'm done relaxing and then when i'm done all of my homework I go outside and play football or soccer. And I do that for maybe 45 minutes a day or how every long I want to on that day. And when I get in side my mom is done cooking dinner so I eat and then I read a bit more before bed. And then go to sleep which is around 9:30 pm and wake up and do the same thing again.So yes I do feel like my life is pretty organized and right now everythings going well.

I often feel frazzled with my self, or the feeling that I am never going to get my homework done. But I do tend to have a balanced life (except when I’m sick, then it is couch time!). I ride my bike/scooter, I eat healthy meals, breakfast, lunch, dinner, & dessert (with occasional snacks (all the time) between meals). I always get enough sleep, & when I stay up late I always catch up on my sleep. But my room is always messy. I also need to learn how to schedule my time appropriately. But practices make perfect and that is what I need most of all.

ReplyDeletemy life isnt perfect nor is it bad. I like things that other people dont and other people like things that I dont like. sometimes there is good days and bad days. But theres things that make me feel good inside like seeing someone walk a dog. I love to see many dogs and I have to babysit a dog (not becouse the owners are freaks with their dog) becouse he has separation angsiety he is a good dog. But thats all I can tell the internet (:
